You know, I really love Opera, but a few days ago, I gave Firefox 3 Beta 4 a try and it wasn't that bad ;).

But one thing I didn't like was the fact that the progress bar was inside the status bar. I don't want to have a status bar and so I searched for an extension that combines the progress bar with the address bar. I've found "Fission", which is really a gread Add-On for Firefox and so I made a small graphic so that my new progress bar will more look like Vista.

Nevertheless, I decided to share this with you and here it is!

How to use it:

- Save ProgressBar.png anywhere on your harddisk

- Go to [link] and download "Fission"

- Install this Extension with Firefox

- After you have installed it, open the properties of the Extension

- Click on Browse and choose my ProgressBar.png

- Click on "OK"

You have now a Vista-Like Progress Bar for Firefox and doesn't need the Status Bar anymore!

It's great. I gave up Fission cuz the progress bar was ugly, but now I'm gettin it back. I agree w/ ~fediaFedia, if it were the animated one that'd be freakin shweet.

Great work!

I\'ve been using Fission for ages but have never got around to creating an image to use like this.

Thanks!
